Douglas P. Shelley, Managing Partner

Mr. Shelley has worked in commercial real estate for 30+ years with several top real estate firms including Merrill Lynch, TIAA-CREF, GE Capital, Boston Financial and Lend Lease.  He has completed hundreds of transactions totaling in excess of $10 Billion, including Acquisitions, Dispositions, Investment Sales, CMBS and Balance Sheet Debt Financings, Revolving Credit Lines, Joint Venture Equity Placements, New Construction Loans, Underwriting, and Structured Loan Workouts on behalf of the RTC in the early 1990’s.  Mr. Shelley is also an accomplished developer and owner operator of various Class A multifamily and commercial properties in multiple states, and is the Managing Partner of Multifamily Capital Funding LLC, an affiliate real estate investment banking firm.

Mr. Shelley received his Masters Degree in Real Estate Finance and Construction Management from The University of Denver, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Political Science from Bucknell University.  He previously held his Series 7 and Series 63 licenses and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in the State of New York and New Jersey.

Sklyar Vincent, Vice President

Mr. Vincent has over 10 years of experience in finance and sales having worked with several institutional companies including Yardi and Decker Brands.  In his numerous sales and advisory roles, he worked with real estate executives, private business owners and operators and corporate clients.  As a Sales Associate at Decker Brands, he was quickly promoted to lead sales associate which included the mentorship and training of all new sales associates.  As an Account Executive at Yardi, he Generated new leads and closed new business for a leading provider of property management software. Mr. Vincent was also a Senior Account Executive at SmartZip where he was responsible for lead generation and closing new business. Mr. Vincent received his Bachelor’s of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and was part of the UCSB Rowing Team.
